We are looking for local voices excited to take part in reducing waste in the local area. Our Champions are vital members of the community, and we need your help to:
Host Regular Litter Picks
Set up a regular litter pick every week, or month and invite us down to help. Sign up to be a Champion, and fill out this request for litter pickers. You can sign up with a group or on your own. The picker is yours for as long as you need it, and we will handle the collection of bags after picks if you arrange it with us at least 2 days in advance. All that we ask is that you send us pictures of the wonderful work you're doing for the community!
Becoming a Local Representative
We need regular feedback from you to be able to improve our services. Join us and attend monthly forums where you can have your say about what's going on with your waste and recycling services.
Join us for Events
Be the first to find out about local events our team are attending, and help us out with a swap shop, community skip or outreach day.
What do you get out of it?
For each activity you take part in (including our monthly forum), you receive TimeTokens that can be exchanged for vouchers for all sorts of retailers. We are also able to provide employment references and support on your events for larger projects.
